The Covid-19 vaccination campaign is now open to all foreign

Foreigners are guaranteed free access (no booking needed) to Covid-19 vaccine in any vaccination centres (hubs) of Taranto district (Taranto Arsenale, Taranto SVAM, Ginosa, Massafra, Martina Franca, Grottaglie, Manduria).

Foreigners are guaranteed free access (no booking needed) to Covid-19 vaccine in any vaccination centres (hubs) of Taranto district (Taranto Arsenale, Taranto SVAM, Ginosa, Massafra, Martina Franca, Grottaglie, Manduria). To know more about the hubs' working times and days please refer to the official website of ASL Taranto (https://www.sanita.puglia.it/web/asl-taranto). Those who want to get vaccinated should show a valid identity document (i.e., passport) and their STP (Temporarily Present Foreigners) code, if available, in one of the abovementioned hubs. 

As an essential healthcare service, the Covid-19 vaccination complies with the provisions stated under the Consolidated Act on Migration, according to which "a foreigner not complying with the residence regulations can access healthcare services without incurring in any report to the competent authorities..." (Decree-law no. 286/98, Article 35, par. 5).

Users who registered in the "FARI Sanità per Stranieri" app can also request information by using the "Segnalazioni" section located in the lower part of the homepage and marked with an exclamation mark.
