PLEASE NOTE 

The Specialist prescription is always mandatory for specific tests (i.e., CT scans and NMRs). 

To book a visit, please get in touch with the CUP Office (Single Booking Center) and provide your personal information (name, surname, date of birth, tax code, health insurance card, and exemption code, if any. 

If you book the service in person, you will receive a printed document containing all necessary information: day, time, place of the visit/examination/service requested, ticket's fee, information on how to prepare before the examination, and the name of the Specialist to refer to in case the Specialist works in private practice within the Hospital premises (intramoenia).

When booking your visit/examination by phone, the CUP Office will provide you with all necessary information to access the requested service (day, time, and place).
