BOOKING CANCELLATION WITHIN 48 WORKING HOURS
If you are unable to come to the healthcare facility on the day of your appointment, in order to allow another user to re-use the appointment and thus avoid lengthening the waiting time, we recommend that you cancel your booking within 48 working hours, and in any case within the deadline indicated on the booking sheet.
Cancellations made after this deadline, even if recorded by the automatic systems, will be considered late cancellations.
Pursuant to D.G.R. 2268/2010, in the event of non-cancellation or late cancellation, the user will receive a request from the Local Health Authority to collect the ticket, even if he/she has an exemption.
